Sally is an exceptional artistic & stage director based in Sydney Australia and working internationally. Production credits include: opera; circus; theatre; orchestral, cabaret & vocal ensemble music; dance; comedy; children’s musicals; television commercials; series drama; short film; and live festival events.

Background: Born, Australia. Post Graduate Directing, National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). Bachelor of Arts (Theatre/Film & French), University of New South Wales.

Opera repertoire: Macbeth; Hansel & Gretel, Opera Australia; Mozart/Menotti Live Radio Opera, Orphée aux enfers, Il Campanello di note, Sydney Conservatorium;

Assistant Director: Falstaff, Gran Teatre del Liceu; Il Trovator, Tannhäuser, OA.

Director in Residence: Sasha Waltz & Guests, Berlin, Freiburg, Amsterdam, 2014. Monteverdi’s Orfeo, premiered Dutch National Opera and is currently touring.

Currently: Sally is currently creating Project Faust a new opera/ballet work for Kentucky Opera and Louisville Ballet, USA, 2016-18.
