How do I redeem my credit from postponed 2020 performances?
When you opted to receive a credit from postponed 2020 performances, a credit voucher was emailed to you. As you go through the process of booking tickets online, put the credit voucher number in the apply gift certificate field on the check out page and your credit will be applied to the booking. For all enquiries regarding credits, please call the Box Office on (02) 9318 8300.
Can I choose my own seats when subscribing?
Yes, you can choose your own seats online, in person or by phone.
What's the best way to subscribe?
Booking online is the simplest and quickest way and allows you to see exactly which seats you’re purchasing with no waiting. Plus avoid the $9.80 booking fee. Phoning or booking in person are also easy ways to choose your own seats.
Can I renew the same seats I had last year?
If you subscribed to Pinchgut Opera last year using our Set Package option, you can renew your seats for 2019.
Can I book additional tickets to productions?
Yes. Subscribers can book as many additional tickets for friends as they wish, at the same time they book their subscription package.
Why does my bank statement say 'payment to Opera Australia'?
Because all payments go through Opera Australia’s Box Office before reaching us.
Why are subscriptions handled by the opera Australia box office?
Opera Australia has the systems and infrastructure expertly suited to handling subscriptions and improving the purchasing process in the ways you have been requesting.
Does this mean Pinchgut Opera is now a part of Opera Australia?
No. Pinchgut Opera is entirely, proudly and fiercely independent. But we are enormously grateful for the generous assistance given to us by our larger friend.
Can I still subscribe through City Recital Hall?
No. All subscriptions are now handled by the Opera Australia Box Office. Only single tickets may be purchased through City Recital Hall.
Can I see a map of the venue with the different price reserves?
