AUDITIONS

Pinchgut holds auditions once or twice a year. Please note that we do not audition for specific shows, but generally so that the artistic directors can hear you.

For an audition you will need to bring along two arias, art-song or lieder (two in total).

At least one of these must be at a fast tempo, and at least one of these must be in a language other than English. You will also need to bring along a copy of your CV and/or bio. Please choose works suitable for a chamber opera company.

Erin can play for you, unless you would rather bring along your own pianist/continuo player.

Venue is determined closer to the audition time and we will be in touch to confirm details with you.

Please understand that COVID does reduce the frequency in which auditions can occur at this time.
