EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted up to 3 business days before the performance day for tickets purchased directly with Pinchgut Opera only. Exchanges are only permitted for performances in the same season and cannot apply to a different calendar year.
Exchanges are free of charge for Subscribers.
Single ticket exchanges attract an $8 fee.
SIGHTLINES
Sightlines vary between operas because the set design for Pinchgut Opera productions is different for every opera and performers do frequently use auditorium doors as part of the performances. Sitting centrally in the stalls and back of Level 2 and Level 3 will ensure the most consistent view of the full performing area. The boxes on the sides of Level 2 and 3 do occasionally miss out on some sections of the performance due to set design, location of some of the performance or structural elements of the City Recital Hall.
LATE ARRIVALS
A lock out period applies for Pinchgut Opera performances. Therefore we recommend you allow plenty of time to arrive at the venue to avoid disappointment.
REFUNDS
Pinchgut Opera does not offer refunds unless under extreme circumstances, in line with the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for Ticketing of Live Entertainment Australia
We do not refund tickets due to delays or cancellation of public transport, illness or a missed performance.
Any discounted tickets purchased via LastTix or TodayTix are final and not eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
If you are unwell or unable to attend a performance, we encourage you to find someone else who could use your tickets. You can also choose to donate the value of your tickets to Pinchgut Opera but you will not be offered a credit or a refund.
